Participant Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Bridget through a private corporate pilot. Your organisation has arranged access, but Quantum Co-Creation Pty Ltd (Quantum) operates Bridget and controls whether a participant account is approved.

Please read these terms together with the Pilot Privacy Notice and the Coaching Safety Notice. If you do not agree, do not continue into a coaching conversation.

2. The pilot

Bridget is being provided to a limited number of approved participants for a fixed pilot period. The pilot is not a public launch and does not automatically continue after its end date.

Your account remains pending until an authorised Bridget Platform Admin grants access. Quantum may decline or remove access where you are not eligible for the pilot or where access would create a security, privacy, safety or legal risk.

3. Who may participate

You may use Bridget only if:

• you are 18 years of age or older;
• you have received or followed an authorised invitation;
• you are in a country approved for this pilot;
• the information in your account is accurate; and
• you use only your own account.

Do not share your password, activation link or access token. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

4. What Bridget is

Bridget is an artificial-intelligence coaching assistant. Bridget follows a non-directive coaching approach. She is designed to ask questions that help you reflect, see your own perspective and make your own choices.

Bridget is not a human coach, therapist, doctor or licensed professional. She does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Bridget is not a substitute for professional assessment, treatment, care or support.

5. Crisis and urgent support

Bridget is not designed to support you in a crisis or emergency. Do not rely on Bridget if you are in immediate danger, are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent professional help.

Contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your country. Bridget may stop a coaching response and direct you to professional or crisis support when concerning language is detected. Automated detection cannot identify every urgent situation.

6. Your conversations and employer privacy

Your coaching conversations and private conversation titles are not visible through your employer's Bridget console. Your employer cannot see:

• what you discuss;
• your conversation titles;
• when you speak with Bridget; or
• whether you use Bridget after you have joined.

Your employer may see organisation-level information, such as how many people have joined and how many conversations occurred across the organisation. Adoption charts are hidden until Bridget's privacy threshold is met.

Do not assume that privacy means technical impossibility. Quantum's backend must process conversation content to return it to you and to send the relevant context to the configured AI provider for each reply. Routine employer, administrator and support tools do not expose that content. Privileged infrastructure access is restricted and is not part of normal support or administration.

7. Your information

The Pilot Privacy Notice explains what Quantum collects, how Bridget uses it, which providers process it, how long it is kept and the choices available to you.

Conversation content is stored in encrypted form. It is not used to evaluate individual participants, assess workplace performance, conduct quality assurance for individual accounts, advertise to you or train Bridget or a third-party AI model.

To generate a reply, the relevant conversation context is sent through an encrypted connection to the configured AI provider, currently Anthropic.

8. Your responsibilities

Use Bridget lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

• access or attempt to access another person's account or conversation;
• test, probe, bypass or interfere with Bridget's security or access controls;
• upload malicious code or use automation that disrupts the service;
• use Bridget to threaten, exploit, harass or harm another person;
• impersonate another person;
• use outputs as professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice;
• reproduce or resell Bridget as another service; or
• include another person's confidential or sensitive information unless you are entitled to do so and it is genuinely necessary for your own reflection.

Quantum may suspend access while it investigates a credible misuse, security or safety concern.

9. Your words and Bridget's materials

You retain the rights you hold in the words you enter. You permit Quantum and its disclosed providers to process those words only as needed to provide, secure and administer Bridget, comply with your choices and meet applicable legal obligations.

Quantum and its licensors retain their rights in Bridget, its software, design, documentation, coaching method and brand materials. Pilot access does not transfer those rights to you or your employer.

10. Availability and changes

Bridget is in controlled pilot operation. Features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Quantum will use reasonable care and skill in operating the pilot and will communicate a material change where practicable.

Quantum may make an urgent security or safety change without advance notice. The pilot label does not remove any right or guarantee that the law says cannot be removed.

11. Ending access

Your access may end when:

• the pilot period ends;
• you ask for your account to be closed;
• your organisation asks Quantum to remove your pilot eligibility;
• you are no longer eligible for the pilot;
• these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached; or
• access must be suspended for a security, privacy, safety or legal reason.

Where practicable, you will be told before planned access ends and given a reasonable opportunity to use the available export or deletion controls. Retention and deletion are governed by the Pilot Privacy Notice and applicable law, not by an employer request to see your conversation.

12. Feedback

You may provide voluntary feedback about Bridget's usability, accessibility, reliability or pilot operation. Do not include coaching transcripts, private conversation titles or another person's personal information in feedback.

Quantum may use your feedback to improve Bridget. Feedback does not give Quantum permission to use your coaching conversations for product evaluation or model training.

13. Responsibility

Bridget is a reflection tool. You remain responsible for your choices, decisions and actions. Do not act on an AI response as if it were professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Quantum is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from providing the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, do not use these contacts as an emergency service. Contact emergency services or a crisis service in your country.

15. Changes to these terms

The version and effective date appear at the beginning. A material change to your rights, privacy or pilot obligations will be explained and, where required, presented for fresh acceptance before you continue.

16. Applicable law

The organisation-level Pilot Schedule identifies the contractual setting for the pilot. Mandatory rights that apply where you live or use Bridget are not removed merely by a contractual choice of law.
