Refunds and cancellation

Effective 1 September 2026

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. No emails to write, no one to convince. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.

Subscriptions billed in Australian dollars are provided by Quantum Co-Creation Pty Ltd (Australia). Subscriptions billed in euros are provided by Inspira (France). We offer the refund windows below in both regions. They are voluntary promises in addition to rights under applicable law, which differ by location.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights required by applicable law.

Monthly plans

A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, worldwide, on request. This voluntary window applies to your first payment only — renewal payments are not covered by it, though cancelling always stops any further charges.

Yearly plans

A full refund within 30 days of your first payment, on request. This voluntary window applies to your first payment only — renewal payments are not covered by it. After the window, cancelling prevents the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for; we do not offer voluntary prorated refunds for unused time.

Annual plans started before 1 September 2026

For annual subscriptions whose first payment was before 1 September 2026, the refund terms presented at the time of purchase continue for that current paid annual term. Renewals are subject to this policy.

Billing errors and service failures

Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, unauthorised payments and confirmed material service failures are always handled fairly, whenever they happen. Contact us and we will put it right.

How to request a refund

Contact us and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

For organisations

Team subscriptions follow the same policy: 14 days for monthly billing and 30 days for yearly billing, counted from the first payment only, with the same renewal and cancellation terms. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply to members who are consumers.

If you are in the EU

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online contract. When you ask us to provide immediate access to Bridget, your withdrawal rights will be handled only as permitted by applicable law. Our voluntary refund windows are additional to, and do not reduce, your statutory rights.

If you are in Australia

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian law does not generally require a refund only because you change your mind, but we honour the voluntary refund windows above. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Crisis referrals

If Bridget refers you to professional or crisis support, that is the product working as designed and does not automatically qualify for a refund. If you feel your circumstances warrant one, contact us and we will consider it with care.
