Participant Welcome, Support and Accessibility Guide

Welcome to the controlled pilot

Bridget is an AI coaching tool from Rise & Thrive Global, developed and operated by Quantum Co-Creation Pty Ltd. This pilot is a limited opportunity to use Bridget and help us learn whether it provides a useful, private and accessible coaching experience.

Bridget is designed to support reflection. It can ask questions, help you explore a situation and support you to choose your own next step. It is not a human coach or professional adviser.

1. How access works

Access is invitation-based and manually approved.

1. Register with the email address approved for the pilot.
2. Confirm your email if asked.
3. Read and complete the current participant notices.
4. Wait for Quantum's Platform Admin to approve your access.
5. Sign in and open Coach when approval is confirmed.

Registration does not guarantee access. If you have been waiting longer than you expected, contact support@riseandthriveglobal.com.

2. Before your first conversation

You will see a short coaching and safety notice. Please read it carefully. Bridget will also explain what your employer can and cannot see.

Useful ways to begin include:

• describing a decision you want to think through;
• exploring a workplace situation from different perspectives;
• reflecting on a goal, obstacle or next step; or
• asking Bridget to help you slow down and organise your thoughts.

Avoid entering another person's confidential information, identifying details or anything that is not needed for your reflection.

3. Your private conversation history

Bridget saves your conversation so you can return to it. You can give a conversation a private title, search your history, end a conversation and start another one.

Your employer cannot read your conversations or private titles through Bridget. It receives only the limited organisation-level information described in the Pilot Privacy Notice and Organisation Administrator Privacy Guide.

4. What Bridget is not for

Do not rely on Bridget for:

• medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment;
• legal, financial, tax or employment advice;
• emergency or crisis support;
• instructions involving safety-critical work; or
• a decision that should be made by a qualified professional or accountable human decision-maker.

If you are in immediate danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, stop using Bridget and contact local emergency or crisis services now.

5. Getting a better coaching experience

• Use your own words. You do not need to write perfectly.
• Tell Bridget if a question is not useful or feels too broad.
• Ask for a summary, a different perspective or a smaller next step.
• Check important facts independently.
• Pause or leave whenever you want.
• Remember that you are responsible for the decisions you make.

6. Privacy choices and requests

In Settings, you can review available account, billing and privacy controls. You may ask Quantum to provide an export, correct information or delete information, subject to applicable law and limited lawful exceptions.

Contact support@riseandthriveglobal.com for a privacy request. Quantum will verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. Your employer is not given your request or export.

7. Technical support

If Bridget is not working as expected:

1. Note the page and what you were trying to do.
2. Use the on-screen Retry control if one is available.
3. Refresh the page and sign in again if it is safe to do so.
4. Contact support@riseandthriveglobal.com if the problem continues.

You may include the request identifier shown with an error. Do not email your password, full coaching conversation, payment card details or encryption keys.

The pilot support hours and response target are confirmed with your organisation before the pilot begins.

8. Accessibility

Bridget includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, page landmarks, labelled controls, status announcements, reduced-motion support, accessible dialogs and non-visual equivalents for charts.

Automated accessibility and assistive-technology behaviour has been verified. Physical screen-reader usability testing has not been independently completed.

If an accessibility barrier affects you, contact support@riseandthriveglobal.com. Please tell us:

• the page or feature;
• what you were trying to do;
• what happened;
• your browser and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
• the best way to contact you.

You do not need to disclose a disability. During the pilot, Quantum will treat a blocker reported by a screen-reader or keyboard-only user as a priority.

9. Providing pilot feedback

Quantum may invite you to provide feedback about usability, usefulness, accessibility and trust. Feedback is optional unless your organisation has separately explained a lawful requirement.

Do not paste your coaching transcript into a survey. Describe the experience in general terms. Quantum must obtain separate, explicit permission before using any identifiable quote publicly.

10. Leaving the pilot

You may stop using Bridget at any time. Access ends when the pilot ends, the Customer removes your seat, Quantum withdraws approval or the participant terms allow suspension or termination.

Before access ends, you may request an export through the available settings or privacy contact. Ending pilot access does not automatically erase all records required for security, accounting or legal obligations. The Pilot Privacy Notice explains the retention periods and your choices.
