Pilot Fees, Cancellation and Exit Notice
- Version:
- 1.0
- Effective date:
- Set on the date the pilot becomes available to participants.
Release pending. This version takes effect on the date the pilot becomes available to participants.
Platform operator: Quantum Co-Creation Pty Ltd, ABN 22 162 325 484, Level 7, World Trade Center Tower 4, 18-22 Siddeley Street, Melbourne VIC 3005, Australia. Support, privacy, security, accessibility and billing: support@riseandthriveglobal.com.
1. A simple pilot arrangement
The recommended pilot is either:
- complimentary; or
- charged to the Customer as one fixed organisation pilot fee.
Individual participants are not charged. The pilot does not renew automatically. Any later paid service requires a new written agreement or clear purchase decision.
The Pilot Schedule must select one fee option and identify the billing entity before the Customer signs.
2. Complimentary pilot
If the Pilot Schedule marks the pilot as complimentary:
- no subscription or payment method is required;
- no participant is charged;
- no fee becomes payable merely because a participant registers or uses Bridget; and
- continuing after the pilot requires a new written arrangement.
3. Fixed-fee organisation pilot
If the Pilot Schedule states a fixed fee, it must show:
- the billing entity's full legal name and details;
- the total amount and currency, including or excluding taxes as specified;
- what the fee includes;
- the invoice and payment date;
- the pilot start and end dates; and
- any agreed refund or credit terms.
No additional seat, renewal, usage or cancellation fee applies unless the Pilot Schedule states it clearly and the Customer agrees before it is charged.
4. Cancellation before the pilot starts
Either party may cancel before the start date by written notice.
For a fixed-fee pilot, the Pilot Schedule should choose one of these rules:
- full refund before the start date; or
- reimbursement of the paid amount less specifically listed, reasonable and non-recoverable setup costs.
The selected rule must not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Ending after the pilot starts
Either party may end the pilot for convenience on the notice period stated in the Pilot Schedule. Quantum may suspend or end access immediately where reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, safety, non-payment or a material breach.
When a fixed-fee pilot ends early, the Pilot Schedule's agreed refund rule applies. If Bridget was not supplied with the care and skill, fitness or other guarantees required by applicable law, the Customer may also have rights to a remedy that this notice does not remove.
6. Individual participant access
A participant can stop using Bridget at any time. A participant is not charged for doing so. Quantum or the Customer may remove a participant's pilot seat, but the Customer is not given that person's coaching content.
Removing access does not automatically cancel the Customer's fixed pilot fee or change the Pilot Schedule unless the parties agree otherwise.
7. Refund requests and billing errors
Send a refund request or billing error to support@riseandthriveglobal.com with:
- the Customer name;
- invoice or payment reference;
- the amount and currency;
- a brief explanation; and
- the preferred contact for resolution.
Do not send payment-card details by email. Quantum or the billing entity will acknowledge the request within the response period confirmed with your organisation in the Pilot Schedule.
8. What happens when the pilot ends
At or before the end date:
- no new participants are approved unless the parties agree otherwise;
- Customer administrators should confirm the final participant list;
- participants receive reasonable notice where practical;
- participants are reminded how to request an export or deletion;
- platform and organisation access is disabled in a controlled way;
- outstanding privacy, security and support matters remain open until resolved; and
- the parties may hold a pilot review using aggregate information and optional participant feedback.
9. Data after exit
Ending the pilot does not transfer participant coaching content to the Customer. Quantum will retain, delete or de-identify information under the Pilot Privacy Notice and applicable law.
The Customer may retain its own agreement, invoice, participant nomination and administration records under its own retention obligations.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in this notice or the Pilot Schedule excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, privacy right or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The parties should not rely on a generic international refund rule where a participant or Customer is entitled to stronger local protection.
11. Confirmation before issue
The following are confirmed in the Pilot Schedule before this notice is issued:
- pilot is complimentary or fixed-fee;
- billing entity and country;
- amount, currency and tax treatment, if any;
- cancellation notice period;
- pre-start refund rule;
- early-exit refund or credit rule;
- billing contact;
- approved participant countries; and
- any mandatory local consumer wording.
